We offer free 30-day returns for all customers. Eligible items for return must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage. Original shipping fees, worn or damaged merchandise, and gift cards are non-refundable. Permanent bracelets, charms, customized products, and items from the Women’s Makers Walls are final sale.

Defective Policy:

Defective items can be exchanged within 30 days. This includes any plating issues, broken chain, lobster claws, and/or missing backings for earrings.

Lost Package Policy:

We are not liable for any products lost during shipping, however if you have chosen an insurance shipping option, we will do our best to help you file a claim. Click here to learn more on how to file a claim with USPS.

Permanent Bracelet & Charm Policy:

We offer one free repair or adjustment with each permanent bracelet. The free repair must use the existing chain.
